Over the past decade, I've worn many hats across startups, corporates, and innovation hubs — managing high-stakes customer engagements at the SAP Strategy Team, designing immersive journeys for their international Experience Centers, being a certified Storyteller, designing exhibition strategies, and crafting brand stories — all of this has validated one core truth: the new currency for success is customer experience. Every interaction people have with your brand can become a defining moment that shapes the entire relationship. And this is the power of what I call Experience Design.
the problem
The importance of customer experience is clear. But here's the problem: existing frameworks in that space mostly focus on mapping touchpoints and measuring satisfaction while missing the emotional sequencing that actually drives behavior. They treat business strategy and human psychology as separate domains when they should work together. The Experience Design needed to solve this is still underdeveloped and often gets confused with Event Management rather than being treated as the strategic discipline it should be.
