I'm Anna, an Experience Designer and Engagement Strategist.

With over 10 years' experience in customer-facing roles in Marketing, Sales, CX, BD, Event Production across corporates and startups, I've encountered the same pattern - out of necessity companies give operations and business constraints a driver seat and that's how processes outshine people, noise silences meaning, and being efficient becomes more important than being human.
